The room was a dream-if you dream of unrequested bathrobes and lackluster toiletries. Obviously, no one told them that it's 2023 and tea-making facilities are a must! I almost gave a good review until the unstable balcony table almost gave me a heart attack, but alas, it just didn't happen.

Suitable for families looking for comfort
The room was great we stayed in a family room with a terrace and the view from the balcony was fine. The staff were super accommodating, handling our delivery from Wolt effortlessly and helping us out with extra quilts when we asked.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you're getting, it's acceptable.

great location but some inconveniences
The location in Old Town is unbeatable we explored many nearby attractions on foot. The staff were accommodating they ensured my baby's needs were met. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options available that were regularly replenished.
Navigating the stony streets with a stroller was quite challenging.
